Last Tuesday, HODINKEE and Tiffany & Co. hosted a get-together at Tiffany's boutique in Chicago's Magnificent Mile district, to inaugurate a new feature at the company's Michigan Avenue location – and a new feature for Tiffany boutiques as well. The Michigan Ave. store is, according to Tiffany, the very first to feature a separate, in-store boutique for Tiffany's CT60 Collection. 1 OF 12 The CT60 is named for Tiffany founder Charles Lewis Tiffany, and the designs of the watches are inspired by a very famous Tiffany wristwatch made by Tiffany for Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and delivered in 1945. Daytona owners: Let's hear the story of when you first "got the call"
For many Rolex enthusiasts, the day they got the call from their AD letting them know that a brand new stainless steel Daytona had been shipped to their store is a day they never forget. Here's my story:Back I first got the call from my AD back in December of 2004 - it was a week or two before Christmas as I recall. I was in my office and it was still well before noon - I hadn't been in the office terribly long. My cell phone went off, and I didn't recognize the phone number. The AP Diver, Setting the date and the movement.
Just gotten what is my first AP last week, and it's this SS Diver. My dealer advised to set the quick date after 6pm, but according to the manual it says between 1am ¨C 6pm. To avoid any contradiction, which should be the right way to do it?Coming from the Rolexes, I've never had the need to worry about such stuffs. What are the important things to lookout for with this AP movement to avoid any unnecessary harm?

Is it safe to wear a rolex in South Africa?
