- The original band was leather and broke. This one is material and water of. Looks great and I think it will last more than one ski and wind surf season. The only thing I miss is the SUUNTO name on the band, no deal.

Baume & Mercier 8749 wrist watches news:
Up until very recently, Herm¨¨s was known more as a fashion brand than as a purveyor of haute horlogerie. However, its watchmaking subsidiary, La Montre Herm¨¨s, has been challenging those assumptions as of late with many of its new watches and proprietary movements, and has now released its first tourbillon watch, called the Arceau Lift.In this article from my blog, Watch-Insider, I give you the details on this significant new timepiece and show you some photos I took at the watch’s unveiling at the Herm¨¨s boutique in Paris.Herm¨¨s is not a newcomer to watchmaking; one can find Herm¨¨s-branded timepieces dating back as far as the 1930s. But today’s La Montre Herm¨¨s, based in Switzerland, is taking its business more seriously than ever and is not interested in mass-producing watches just for the sake of multiplying the brand’s famous “H” logo. (Click here for WatchTime’s Q&A with La Montre Herm¨¨s CEO Luc Perramond.)Recently, La Montre Herm¨¨s bought a
I found this watch in a german tiemepiece board.Do you think it is genuine? If yes, how much should I pay?
I recently joined the NAWCC and saw some familiar names on the roster (you know who you are )There is a Chapter meeting in March in my area and having never been before does anyone have any suggestions? Is the mart worth going to? It's $18 to get in so I'd kind of like to get an idea before I go.
So I head downtown to my local AD to pick up my Oris. They were swapping the band for me, and a pin broke. They had to order one from Oris, yadayadayada. It was no big deal to me; not like I had to go without a watch. They call me on Friday and told me it would be ready today. Cool. They put the rubber strap back on, and polished the case, even removing some of the nicks that the last three years has inflicted. So I ask my buddy if he wants to take a ride down with me. He likes watches, but his fanciest watch thus far has been one of those vintage pocket watches that had been converted to a wristwatch; either that or his quartz Hamilton Khaki that he bought about a month ago.So I¡¯m waiting for the girl to bring my Oris up, and my buddy is perusing the display cases, and something catches his eye. He asks to see it. He likes it. He tries it on. He likes it. He ponders. He decides. In short, he walked out with a beautiful pre-owned Bell & Ross Vintage 126. Had he not walked out with it
Hi forum,I don't own (yet) but love the subtlety of the Rolex smurf, 116619LB white gold. It seems more subtle (due to lack of yellow shiny gold) to me. My question is, at such a price (25K+) would you be nervous wearing it every day if you could afford such a watch. Not worrying about it getting stolen. I like the notion of jeans and t shirt and what looks to most people like just a blue plain submariner. Of course, I wonder if I'd be so nervous to lose it or scratch it that I might not actually wear it daily. Your thoughts?
