- I received the pink one for Christmas. It is gorgeous. I'm not a fan of the bow, and glad it comes off easily. Otherwise, I'm awed to own a piece of BM finally

Breguet 3130 wrist watches news:
Hi guys,Just new her and know nothing about watches except Ive inherited one that I know nothing about. I cant really give much information except the pics attached and a few markings I have found. On the watch face are the words "OMEGA AUTOMATIC" underneath the Omega symbol. The word "Seamaster" appears mid face in a script type of lettering and beneath the number six are the words "SWISS MADE". On the back of the watch are the words "SEAMASTER" and "WATERPROOF". On the band there are also several markings. On the first link is says "MADE IN W GERMANY", on the second link it has the letter "R" a symbol and then the letter "I" and then 7/1. On the third link it has the words "ROLLED GOLD" followed by some more words that I think are in another language. The fourth link has the words "STAINLESS STEEL BACK" once again followed by some more foreign looking words. The fifth has what looks like some patent numbers and the sixth and all remaining links have "FIXO-FLEX" stamped on them. The w

I posted a question on an Illinois over in the Hamilton Forum. Perhaps that is not the correct place for it? I put it there because there was no Illinois Forum and I understand Illinois was purchased by Hamilton.Perhaps a kind moderator would move it here if that's where it belongs. Thanks in advance.CraigMy Orginal Post:watchtalkforums.info/foru...lp-please.html
I have been considering picking one of these up to test out as there is one for sale in country at what seems to be a good price. I currently have a BLNR and D blue and am considering adding the hulk (116610lv) or a chronograph as a 3rd. The ceramic daytona will be a long wait list (over 1 yr). What do you think of the DSOTM as a tester? I enjoy its looks. What would you consider a good price where I would not loose much money if I decide its not for me? The example I am looking at is around $9000 Canadian dollars ($6800us).
For months I've been wondering if the Ban was actually lifted. So this month I pulled the trigger and purchased a watch online from Germany. Fortunately, the seller came highly recommended by a German friend I work with in Dubai. So the same rules apply, Buy the Seller. I could have easily flown to Germany to get the watch. But I really wanted to test the process. Lessons Learn:1. Your Seller will require a few days to get the Export documents from his/her Country's Custom Authority. This delay may seem he/she is up to something, but in actuality their dealing with Government workers (I think we all know how that can be). 2. Your seller may hire a Shipping Broker to assist with the export/import process. I was his first online US Buyer, so he needed assistance. I paid extra for the service ($150-$200), it made things go smoother. The overall shipping cost including the use of the Export Broker $300. 3. The Shipping Broker used FEDEX. The watch departed Germany on a Monday, arrived i
