To all Members and Friends of WATCH TALK FORUMS:For the past couple of months, I've been telling you about the coming site software upgrade and redesign. If you're new to WATCH TALK FORUMS, here's a link to the last update I posted last month which shows some preliminary screen shots of the new design. There have been a few setbacks and delays (almost expected with a project of this scope), but I'm pleased to report we're almost ready to move forward a four-phase upgrade schedule over the next 30 days.The week of March 1st, we'll be moving forward with the the first phase of our upgrade, which will move WATCH TALK FORUMS to the new vBulletin 4.0 software environment (we currently run vBulletin 3.8). The site will be down for approximately 2 hours during this time. I will send notifications in both PM and email when we are certain of the day and time this week on which we'll bring WTF down for the upgrade. Right now, we're targeting the evening of Wednesday, March 3rd for the upgra

The Beagle has landed....Snoopy FTW
I usually don't make incoming threads but I feel that this watch is special enough to make one to share with the Rolex folks as well:Like the title says, Snoopy has landed finally today (well yesterday to be exact but I had no time to pick up yesterday). Took a little time off work during work to make the drive down to Fashion Valley Omega Boutique to pick up this beauty. It was refreshing since I've been on a Rolex kick lately and forgot how much better the Omega Boutiques treat you compared to Rolex ADs. Big shout out and thank you to the guys who made this possible there (Robert/Jonathan). I inquired on the piece since September 2015 and was officially moved on to the allocated list in November 2015. I can say to all those still waiting the wait is worth every second and then some. This watch has to be seen in person to understand the minute details.....the multi layered custom enamel backing to give the space dust a 3rd dimension, the white yet almost metallic dial (it is def
