Breguet 4820ST/59/S76 wrist watches news:
After looking at IWC, Longines, Franck Muller, Zenith for a lady's watch that makes a statement, I came upon this Hamilton Lady Jazzmaster Automatic. At 37mm, with a peekaboo window, mix sized metallic numbers, black guilloche face and 90 diamonds for bling, this is a gorgeous watch! I have a small wrist as you can see, but I love the big look and it is so unique. Not to mention, at only $1600, this was a great way to have the look of the ultra luxury watches but have the very good quality, historic brand of Hamilton. Thanks for letting me share!:D
You all could be helpful to me w/ opinions, experiences, and even advice as I think out loud her about the near term future of my collection. As many know, "James Bond watches" is sorta the theme around which I acquire timepieces. Ultimately, if I were ever to run through them all, let me assure you!), it would not only be a mix of brands, but also of vintage and new. And, for that matter, some of the newer pieces would by definition become vintage.Running out of choices right now isn't a problem: Plenty of Bond watches I still don't own (unfortunately!). But how should I build it in the near future? On the one hand, I treasure my 35-year-old-plus Hamilton Pulsar LED, and my Breitling Top Time dating back more than four decades. But I wear neither, although they, like all my watches, are sized for my wrist just in case. I wear and put through the paces my Brosnan-era Omega and Dalton-era Rolex; I also have "subsequent generation" pieces, like a Submariner 14060M, which I prefer to the tr
I'm fairly confident I want to flip my Daytona for a RO. The only problem is...which one? Also, I cannot find a 15300, or even a 15202 for a 39mm size, to try on anywhere in Dallas! Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look? I go to Houston every now and then, so I'd be okay with any suggestions there.I think I'm more of a fan of the dial on the 15400 and colored date wheel, but I still want to see the 15300.My wrist can really support any of them, but I'd love to get opinions of the Forum. Below are wrist shots of the 15400, 15450, and a shot of the daytona and how it looks on my arm. The 15450 isn't under consideration, but it offers some perspective.
Finally back from Omega.
I am graciously falling into a collectors unworn piece from 2004. I think I should buy one similar to it and hold on to the collector and keep it for posterity. Am I being anal or is it normal? I hate to wear it and muck it up when I could easily hold on to it and have a museum piece to keep for a while. Your thoughts?
