- I was not disappointed with this purchase. Excellent look and quality for the very reasonable price I paid. Great bang for the buck compared to some of the other high-end watches and the much higher price.

Breitling a1739102/ba76-1or wrist watches news:
Breitling's three-story boutique on New York's 57th Street is one of the largest watch stores in the city. What you might not know though is that in addition to a full collection of new watches (ground floor) and a lounge and bar (third floor), the boutique also houses a small vintage museum tucked behind the watchmaking department on the second floor. Included are beautiful chronographs from the early 20th century, funky '70s sport watches, and modern milestones in Breitling's development. Here's a little tour of this hidden gem.?When visiting the Breitling boutique last week, I was fortunate enough to have Breitling Technical Director Gerhard Loitz as my guide to the museum, shedding a lot of light on the little details that make these pieces part of Breitling's history. Here we'll walk you through the exhibition chronologically, starting with a Breitling first. 2 OF 14 Here we have a two-button chronograph dating to 1938. Breitling pioneered the two-button chronograph
John (the MB Owner) - has suggested that I contact this Omega Forum Site to see if any members could comment on Seamaster 41851935, cal 1010, logo 166.0892 and 366.0461. I have been on the Omega Vintage Site and whilst I can locate Cal 1010 the ST numbers are not registered. Swatch UK have confirmed that the ST numbers cannot be verified. However can any Member clarify the issue? Thanks in anticipation.Best regards Issus
Last evening I watched Rod Stewart's American Song Book concert DVD. A trumpet player did several solos. He was wearing a beautiful TT white dial Daytona. The concert lighting really showed it well. I would post a clip, but do not know how.Cheers...
Just wondering about what watches you guys have all been really, really impressed by that you didn't pay a lot for. What gave you the most bang for your buck?I've got a Bulova that I can't quite get a good picture of yet, but I'll have it up soon. It's a gift from my mother from a few years back and I've been HIGHLY impressed with its Lume for a 300 dollar watch. It's also taken quite a beating and still looks like new.I've also been quite impressed with Skagen watches with mesh bands. Very comfortable and easy to wear with whatever you like.
Hopefully this is the correct place for this post...if not, hopefully the mods/admins will move it to the correct location...OK...here is watch #4 in my recent binge...The Swiss Legend Commander (aka The Stealth Rubber Ducky)...and I like it!LOL!Here are a few quick shots of it....I still cannot shoot black dialed watches worth a darn...The only "complaint" (if you can call it that) is the same that I had with the original "Rubber Ducky"...that being that the numbers on the bezel tend to blend in with the bezel itself. I don't know that filling them in with a rose tone enamel or something would be the best bet, but I still think that it would look better with a little contrast. But, as I said, this one is a keeper. I love the black IP and rose. And, considering the price, coupon, cash back rebate and free shipping...the price was certainly right.Michael
