Bulgari Bulgari 14204 wrist watches news:
I’m starting to seriously look around at another “nice” watch, and have pretty much narrowed it down to a Breitling (Super Ocean, Avenger, etc) or an Omega. The Omegas I’m looking at are the 45mm Seamaster PO, Speedmaster, and the watch I gave away, my Bond Seamaster.Anyway, I’m a big, big fan of sapphire crystals The one on the Omega I had and the one on my Oris truly seem indestructible. They’ve been put through Hell, and nary a scratch. Now, it’s always been my understanding that the Speedmaster did not come with a sapphire crystal, and that scratching was something of an issue. Lately, though, through my searches, I’m seeing Speedmasters advertised (all in the “pre-owned” market) with sapphire crystals, so I’m a bit confused.Has Omega started doing that? Are these crystals retrofits? If so, how would that affect resale value (just want to make sure I’m not paying too much)? Any issues with watertight integrity?O
These are my Grandfather's watches. I have posted pics of these watches before, but a few days ago , when my father was taking out some old suitcases, he discovered the boxes and the old, now non-functioning bracelet. Enjoy, and comments wanted as always. Thanks for viewing.Nobody knows how old these exactly are and my grandfather passed away much before I knew what Rolex was, so if anyone has an idea about their age, please comment. For more info, 2 close up shots
Lathin watch. I know I posted something similar before, but.......It is swiss made but I can't find any info on the web about it. I don't know enough about it to trust to a watchsmith yet. But I want to get it restored. I'm afraid to open it. I would like to learn more about it so I don't appear to be a mook when I finally take it in. I might be able to post a better shot later.
