Cartier W6920071 wrist watches news:
Hey All:Watchtime arrived yesterday and there is a 112 page special Omega section.Just got off the bike and I am all set for some breakfast reading.Looks to be an informative special issue
Just found a good looking 19j 10kGF Waltham, so I had to pick it up. Says it was recently serviced and the main spring replaced. I will get a nice leather strap on it as soon as it comes in so I can save the original band. Here is a sellers photo, full shoot to come when its in my hands.
While browsing the Crown & Buckle website not actually looking to buy anything, I was just doing the usual WIS thing and anything watch related is worth looking at. So I found their sales section and saw a few straps knocked down to $10, to be honest I figured $10 wouldn't buy much quality but I went ahead and ordered anyways. I spent the grand total of $37 which is inclusive of shipping to Ireland , not a lot but what did I actually get for it.Inside the little inner envelope was 2 x 24mm straps,1 springbar tool & 3 sets of replacements tips also 1 pair of 22 mm fat spring bars.Props to Crown & Buckle for the great service and excellent prices, I would have no hesitation in paying full price for any of their straps in the future
I'm pretty new into watches. I've read a few books and taken a few apart to see how they work. I have a few watches which I would like to repair, but I don't have any gears or parts. Where can I find parts at a cheap price? I'm tempted to buy this, but I don't know if that will do me any good. Help is highly appreciated.
Hi, anyone have a good source for a Nato strap for my 372? I saw a nice one on Instagram and asked the owner where he got it and he pointed me to an Italian company. When I contacted them, they said the shipping alone was 60 Euros to Asia for the straps. No way I'm paying more for shipping than the price of the straps. Anyway, does someone have a source for some good Nato straps?Cheers!
