Cartier W31074M7 wrist watches news:
Hi Guys, I'm looking for a new watch, a good quality watch, from a good maker, with a price range up to $1000, i already have a ESQ nd Citizen. what i would like to know is a list of good quality watches, (makes, models) from 0-$1000. I really like Hamiltons, Montblanc, omega, tag. Let me know what you guys suggest. thx
I have seen several variations on how the date is written when you purchase the watch. Some have it as DAY/MONTH/YEAR while others are MONTH/DAY/YEAR and some where it's JUNE/DAY/YEAR.Is there a correct version? Wouldn't you need consistency with the dates across the board for warranty registration?
Ive only had it a week but love this thing! Have had my eye on this for over 5 years. So happy to finally have it in my collection.
Whilst setting the time on my Aquanaut this morning I noticed the following:-a) The watch does not have a hacking second hand - I assume that this is standard for the majority of Pateks?b) When adjusting the time If I adjust the time anti-clockwise (I realise that in hindsight this is probably a major no no) the second hand seems to jerk a few seconds backwards and then resumes its regular movement. Are the above observations pretty standard - for a second I though that there was a problem with the hacking function?Do people have a problem calibrating their watches without such a hacking function and is there reason that Patek choose not to include this?
HiJust wanted to share this little incoming for my 233. Color is storm grey with light stitching.I am really impressed by the quality of the strap! The leather is very flexible and robust at the same time, I love it.I want to get another one already.
