Hi all. just sharing pictures of my first vintage watch. don't know much about it. seems to run fairly well. I got a few other watches at the same time, so I haven't had a chance to really check it out. only disappointment so far is that the band doesn't come with spare links and is way too small for my small wrist. Omega Dynamic Chrono Hands issue
I have an DYnamic Chronograph I've owned from new since 2000 but the glow filiment if dropping out of both minute and hour hands which is causing a knock on issue as when minute hand passes the chronograph hand aprox 1/4 past the filiment touches and the watch stops.Can the filiment be reattached to teh hands or do the hands need replacing?RegardsTom

How good is Omega's customer service?
I have a chance to purchase a Seamaster and was curious to how well Omega stacked up to Rolex in customer service. Can I expect almost the same dependability from Omega that one can expect from Rolex or something different? Thanks!

Looks what happens when you mention a certain members name from this forum to a particular AD in London while visiting them. From asking tongue in cheek, what was the availability of a 5167A, and being informed about 2 months. To then receiving an email only hours later, that one was on its way from Geneva and would be here within the week.Thanks Brian:thumbs:Who incidentally was totally unaware, until I contacted him a few days ago.I am looking forward very much to collecting it in a couple of weeks.
