While doing the bi-annual clean-up of my Photobucket accounts I came across some pics of watches that once graced my collection. I'd have to say of all the ones that have moved on to new homes, these are the ones I wouldn't mind owning again.Tiffany's Mark Coupe:I know, I know.it's a Tiffany product with an ETA 2892-A2 for crying out loud. But it was one of my favorite dress watches and just had an air of class. It's place in the rotation was filled by the Blancpain Villeret which is safe to call an upgrade. Funny it has the word pain in the name brand, because it does ease the pain of the decision to sell the Mark Coupe. Yes that's right I'm being generous this month on August because its the month of my birthday. Freaking 30 now so old. So if everything goes well I will have a new watch tomorrow, if you can guess what it is I will mail you the book still the plastic brand new. I was there on the last day of the exhibition and they were giving out multiples of books to the visitors. 4 clues to make it easier:-the watch has a moon phase -black dial-not limited edition-currently i have 5164, wouldn't want another sport watch.The real reason why I'm giving out the book is because I want to say big big thank you to every members in this forum especially the pledge members for providing insight full information on Patek watch. You guys have truly poison my mind. This forum is a great learning experience for people who are new to luxury watches like myself. I wouldn't call myself a Patek collector or a watch collector for that matter,rather just an admirer of great watches. Thus the book will mean much more

New DJ41 with Jubilee
Hell All,New to the forum and Rolex¡¯s. Went back and forth deciding on band, bezel and dial color. Thought I wanted silver or white face with oyster band to stay more ¡°casual¡±. I wear jeans and dress shirts to work. But after seeing the watches in person a few times, the rhodium really spoke to me. The silver was a bit washed out in my opinion and white was nice, but rhodium provided a smooth transition to band and materials the best. I feel the jubilee goes best with the fluted bezel and and the smooth bezel and oyster compliment each other. I also felt like maybe the jubilee was too ¡°dressy¡± but once I saw it in person, I was on board for jubilee and fluted. I love it. Won¡¯t be my last Rolex I¡¯m sure. I¡¯d post a pic but I don¡¯t yet have enough posts to post pictures.
