Chopard 158514-3001 wrist watches news:
I keep meaning to stop by my AD to inquire about the SS bracelet that comes on some models of the air race. i got the model with the black rubber. i like the black rubber and wear it almost every day but i would like to get the SS bracelet as well as i don't always like the look of the rubber, particularly with a button up shirt of any kind. does anyone happen to know the cost off hand? my AD is in the local mall and apparently the recession hasn't hit there yet as it's always packed to a ridiculous level.
So I'm really considering getting an Roo panda serie G it's definitely a beauty. I was considering getting the new grey dial but It's more because of the little upgrade like the caseback and ceramic button but I start thinking that it's still the same movement so my main concern now is if I get the series G panda is it considered too old? Will it be fine to swim or if it happens to get wet or what should be concern of? Do you guys think i should rather get the newer models? And is there any different between serie g and other newer series? Please help Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bought yesterday an Omega Speedmaster. Firstly, I knew nothing, about it. Got some help in an Omega store., I, I started researching a bit, also came to the conclusion that it is one of the first watch on the moon, worn by Mr.Buz Aldrin. Went back to the Omega store, also asked them to open it, really, series nr.26072XXX Model nr.145012-12 SP Looked late on Chrono 24, to see how much it can cost.!! Approximately $ 6,000 Now it exchanged hands, so it affects the price, but it is beautiful ... Have never had Omega .. What do you think of ..? Thanks
A few months back my 14060M Submariner was knocked off of my counter and the 7 O'Clock marker dislodged from the face. I contacted Rolex, and I thought the lead times of 12-16 weeks and cost for a replacement dial (they said they wouldn't repair the current dial and a mandatory service was non-negotiable) were a little unreasonable.I'm not very experienced with Rolex repairs nor am I a serious collector, so I came here for recommendations and Bod Ridley at Watchmakers International was sent over by a number of members.I contacted them, and their service was beyond excellent. After a phone call with Philip Ridley, I sent it in and had the watch back in 9 days with a new main spring, service, and repaired dial.I'm very grateful for their assistance getting the only watch I care about back on my wrist in a timely manner, and thought I would share the experience.
