Corum 947.931.05/0371 AN 32 wrist watches news:
The Fratellowatches article can be read by clicking here. Interesting stuff. The resignation does seem odd. One wonders how much if any Rolex actually lost? Are the two related?
Just bought a used Breitling Superavenger in mint condition. Can anyone recomend how to clean it, and maybe som special polish to protect it.
I just bought a new Mark XVI automatic a few weeks ago. It was running great until yesterday. I didn't wear it yesterday and it stopped running after about 24 hrs. I wound it a few times and wore for about an hour before going to bed last night. This morning it is running very fast. Gaining about 5 seconds a minute! Any ideas what's going on?
A few hysterical watch reviews on Amazon were brought to our attention. Click here to check them out. Can't help but laugh, right? Here's a good one:I actually first saw this watch at a neat little store in Luxembourg, as I was refilling my ruby-encrusted helicopter with gasoline made out of unicorn tears. I passed it by, thinking nothing of it, but as I landed on the solid gold helipad of my fourteen-story chateau, it got me thinking: What am I missing in my life? I asked my pedigree manservant to fetch me the name of this trivial timepiece, and with a knowing chuckle I discovered that this Tourbillon watch came from the same countryside workshop as my armoir made of faberge eggs! Hearing this, of course, it had to be mine. Having purchased this watch, I can tell you first hand that it is worth every penny. The ability to tell the time when I look at my wrist is well worth the money. Of course, I had to buy three for my long-wristed manservant; sometimes it is a bit too much trouble to
I've realized that straps are much more comfortable for me and I've used the arrival of the winter months as an excuse to buy two straps for my Omegas (Railmaster and 3570.50). I went with a dark brown Dunthorp Aviator Crocodile for the Railmaster and a Hirsch Carbon for the Speedy (a great combo IMHO). Also picked up a few OEM buckles that really seal the deal for me...What do you think?
