Dior CD112118M001 wrist watches news:
Welcome to "My First Grail Watch," a new interview series on watches-dealer that explores the first major timepiece lusted after by important people in the watch industry.watches-dealer (ABTW): Who are you and what is your relationship to the watch industry?Jean-Claude Biver (JCB): My passion is watches. And I am the lucky man who can work every day in his passion. Which means I don't want to disconnect and don't need weekends and holidays. I believe that working everyday in one's passion is one of the greatest luxuries in life (the two others are health and love).ABTW: What was your first grail watch?JCB: The Omega Constellation which my grandfather offered me when I was eight years old. Later it was the Omega Speedmaster.ABTW: Was there ever a time in your life when you could afford it?JCB: I bought my first watch myself (Omega Speedmaster) in 1966. A watch that connected me to space.ABTW: What did you like so much about the watch?JCB: The fact that when I was looking at it, I did no
It's not too often we come across a watch that is really unlike anything we've seen before. The dial then had some wild things going on that simply pulled me in further. The concept behind the watches correspond to Dietrich's idea of organic design. Rather than drawing more from watches themselves or more man-made things (think automobiles and architecture) the design draws from nature. This isn't a new concept to design with people like Ross Lovegrove pract
So perhaps now those who purchase at the network can see their watches at another site. The TV network owns this new site also. So much For Renato not being sold anywhere but at that network.:rolleyes:Is the reason so that the perception of buying watches from an on-line site has less stigma than buying from TV?
actually been here a few days but been so busy haven't had a moment to share pics… without further delay… my new favorite
