- Pandas are my favorite animal! This is such a beautifully made watch. Unlike another reviewer my watch sparkles a lot and have had it a couple of months with absolutely no blems.. I always get compliments on it when I wear it. Very satisfied!

It had a cylinder escapement and eight jewels. The watch¡¯s case and bracelet were made of yellow gold. The dial was protected by a hinged cover adorned with large diamonds; more diamonds flanked both sides of the dial. In 1873, Patek Phillipe delivered the watch to the Countess Koscewicz of Hungary. The watch is now in the company¡¯s museum.1925 ¡ª First Perpetual Calendar WristwatchThat this, the world¡¯s first perpetual calendar wristwatch, ever came to be is due chiefly to chance. I used to have one of these (Seiko SRP043) some time ago, then I had to sell it to get something else. After trading another watch for this model I am now happy to have it back. I find it one of the best design that Seiko has done and would only change very little on it. It's solid, comfortable, good looking, relatively affordable, it comes with a great bracelet and nuclear lume, 4R15 movement with over 50 hours power reserve, all in all is a winner in my book. Here are a few pics
I am considering flipping my PAM 572 for an Audemars Piguet 15400st white dial.I find the white dial mesmerizing although I had a ROO 26470st which I wasn't crazy about and traded away. What are your thoughts, would you flip ?
On December 2017 I paid in full for a white dial Daytona which I am still waiting for. When I was picking my SkyDweller Blue dial 10 days ago ( March 5th) I asked my saleswoman at the AD if she had any updates on it. She said that a black dial Daytona had come last month but she still did not get one with the white dial. I was second in line in December and I was still second in line then. Not the greatest news . She continued saying that she called the guy in front of me ( also fully paid for a white dial) to see if he wanted the black dialed one but he turned it down so she called the guy that was on the list ( just a small deposit ) for the black. I responded that if she had called me I would have taken the black dial. ¡° I thought you were set firmly on the white dial one , that is why I didn¡¯t call you ¡° she responded. ¡° oh I am firm on the white. This is the one I really want, but I would have taken the black also I f you would sell it to me ¡°. I was expecting to get stared at fun
Greetings. I'm on a quest for a black dial Tudor 79260 or 79160 Big Block, and one dilemma I'm finding is that there just aren't many with a black dial.If I found one that was perfect in every way EXCEPT for the dial color, is it difficult/expensive to track down a new replacement dial? (I'm not finding them listed on forums or eBay etc).Could a reputable non-RSC repair center simply order one and install it? If not, could only an RSC do this? If so, do you think they'd replace a Tiger dial with one without the Tiger?Follow-on question: Is it possible to convert a rotating bezel model to a fixed black bakelite bezel? If so, same parts sourcing question. Many thanks.P.S. If anyone reading this has the watch I'm searching for with a black dial, PM me!
