Girard Perregaux 25830.0.11.0900 wrist watches news:
The renowned French jeweler and watchmaker Cartier has recently unveiled a new interpretation of its legendary Roadster watch. The novel "S" line captures attention by its imposing exterior. The new components, truly individualizing the pieces from the collection, are a straight steel-link bracelet and a black rubber strap, which add up to a timeless design of the watch.
Good morning/day/evening friends,I'm about to send my 1948 Longines to Switzerland for the service. One of us gave me an idea to concider redo the refinished dial back to original specification . What is your's opinion on this almost Hamlet's question ?Thanks,Leon
Rado from Mexico or just an honest person showing where the redial was done?
I am very new to higher end watches, how do the AP hold their value over time. Like a Speedmaster is what it is, a Sub is what it is. Do the AP's tend to hold their value well longterm? I don't even know how old the brand is!steve
.....for me?been eyeing the SD43, possibly for upcoming 50th bday.Unfortunately, the ADs near me doesn't have one in stock for me to try on. So I tried on the YMII, which supposedly have similar size to the SD43. (slightly wider at 44mm, but slightly lower on profile vs SD43 15mm) what do u guys think on my 7.25 wrist ? (the bracelet is obviously little loose)I think its ok.... possibly little too big since my sweet spot seems to fall 40-41mm. Thought I could pull off 43mm. hahahaWondering if the black face of the SD43 will make it appear smaller....Also tried on the BLRO, which I knew would look great. lolPerhaps I should just get that for my 50th.... thx in adv !
