Hamilton H32715151 wrist watches news:
The movement - that you should be able to say - is engraved by hand with floral designs. You see just part of it through the partially squelettisé dial, but the entire movement is decorated with this style. In addition, luxurious Chopard uses 18 gold k for main movement plates.

I thought I would add to the Benny love. Here are three that I won this month and one that I got soon after I started collecting wrists. They all have issues including 3 brokenmainsprings that I am having trouble finding a source for. This is the prettiest in my opinion. A model AR 1 with a broken staff. An ellegant model AC 8.A model BB 4 with dial issues. And a model BA 4 that I got in a $5 lot when I was just starting to look for victims to practice on. The case doesn't really appeal to me. Sort of homely but it was too complete outside of the broken spring to sacrifice to the steep part of my learning curve. I just stored it away and it has come out to join its brothers.More projects awaiting some free evenings and some luck finding parts.Joel
Ebay impulse BIN purchase. High probability of problems. Definitely uninformed purchase, but I still have high hopes. Broke all my buying rules here! Pictures are from ad.What I've been told from seller - -50's Longines Conquest -14k rose gold top/lugs and stainless steel back Q: Solid? A: "it acid tests positive for solid 14k-but its not marked anywhere"- 34 mm not incl crown- have second hand and will include it- Ran for a week. Sat for six weeks. Now does not run. What I'd like to know Based on pictures and model, what is the likelihood this is NOT actually solid top?I ask because the little research I've done shows more solid stainless or gold plated for "similar" models. (Or solid 18k for both top/back.)- What did original crown look like? Hard to find replacement?- What movement will I likely find inside?I'm not terrible at mechanical watch repair, but am not up to speed on automatics. Another buying rule I broke today!Any info not containing the words "fool", "idi
Who did see this coming?! A pepsi with a blue dial!
