Just wondering guys, have you?I think the nearest I came to that was the Electric Blue 2255.80. It was not so much an impulse buy since I had been admiring John's pictures when he first bought one and decided to check it out at an AD. I was due to venture into town and decided to drop into an AD on the way to my meeting. I had phoned ahead to ensure that they did have an example for viewing and the moment I set eyes on it I knew my mind was made up. The moment I left the AD I was on the phone to my dealer and mine arrived 4 working days later. It wasn't an impulse buy in as far as I didn't walk out of the door with the watch but I did place an order for it

Hey GuysSupposin' you could get the technical geniuses of Bienne to build you one special go anywhere, do anything watch. What features would it have?I'd like the following -1) Water-resistance Say 200 to 300M. 300M isn't strictly necessary since I only dunk my wrist into water as opposed to dive but 300M sounds better 2) ChronographI find a chronograph useful. In fact I use it most days of the week so stopwatch functions would be necessary3) AlarmI think this speaks for itself. I'd prefer a mechanical watch so it'll have to be a mechanical alarm4) DateAgain self-explanatory. Rolex Sizing~Explorer II
When an Explorer II owner looks at his/her watch do they find it small compared to say an Omega Seamaster? The difference is 1mm against the Rolex. I currently wear a Seamaster at 41mm and a Planet Ocean at 44.25mm, but love the white dial on the Explorer II. I tried one on briefly and my first impression was "small". I didn't really get a chance to get used to it on my wrist so it could have been the initial impression.What do you think?

Urgent Help Needed Lorus Watch
Please excuse my fumblings, I have an old Lorus watch RFK016 Y588-5120, I have been told by Lorus UK that it is obsolete so will not fix. The winder is broken off in the workings although the watch does work. Can anyone please help me get hold of a mechanism as this watch is of great sentimental value to me.
