The night vision feature only lights up the numbers and not the dial or the hands. It is difficult to see the time at night. I would still buy this watch again because it is very accurate and stylish!

Although I really liked the design of the RO, I always assumed it would look too chunky on me. After wearing it around the store for a good half hour today, I realized I could not have been more wrong. Does Anyone Ever Hear Their Navitimer Winding?
I have a Navitimer that is about 2 years old, and sometimes... quite often, in fact, if I move a certain way, I can hear it winding. The first time I heard it was in a quiet office. I couldn't tell the sound was coming from my watch. A day or so later, I heard it again. All of a sudden I figured it out -- THAT SOUND IS MY WATCH! Now, when I hear it, I often wonder, Do other people hear my watch winding? It's not the kind of sound you have to press your ear against the watch to hear.Does anyone else experience this? Is something wrong?Thanks!

Weird experience with omega box!
So I just purchased an omega PO and noticed the box was starting to peel the shiny coating off.So me being a mechanic and owning a shop, I thought Id take and air nozzle and at least blow off the pieces that were just hanging there, and while I was doing that the air nozzle was blowing off the entire coating very easily, so I continued and did the whole box, completely, and to my amazement there was a beautiful suede fabric underneath, see pics below!The bottom pic is of the pieces that were blown off

looking to buy first Patek
I am new to Patek sub-forum here on TRF, very randomly I have checked few threads here. Until now I have been collecting Rolex, Pams and AP ROO sport watches. I am looking to get ONE Patek, dressy watch. I understand that most dressy Pateks are smaller than 40mm but I can't go below 40mm, just can't. Please help me pick one and only one dressy Patek. I will be wearing it only with the suite so Nautilus and Aquanaut won't work for me, I already have enough of sport watches. Calatrava is not something I am looking for - too simple. my budget is under 70K. Please post what would you recommend to get from Patek line.thank you all in advance.
