wondering which watch is this ( used by agent scully in 90's series the x-files)
HiIm a new member. I was wondering what brand and model watch is this (see link). It is used by federal agent Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson)on the 4th season of the x files. The chapter " Max" of the 4th season has a close up of the watch dial.I found information about the other watches she uses: from 5th to 7th season she used an omega deville prestige 4260.23 ( i want to find an omega like that one :() and for the 8th season she used a men's omega deville prestige 4310.31. ? about rolex complete overhaul service
I'm new to Rolex and still somewhat new to watches in general.I have yet to findd the one for me.I have a couple questions about the Rolex overhaul service.**If I send my Rolex in for a complete overhaul.1. If I choose to have the entire watch polished. 1a) Can I ask them not to polish in between the lugs where the model and serial number is? 1b) Can I ask them to polish the barclet and clasp but not polish the raised logo symbol? 1c) Can you request not to have the caseback polished so as to not remove the sticker if still on ther?2. Can I ask them to replace an acrylic crystal with a saphire? Will they do this for oler model that did not come with saphire crystals?3. Can they tighten tighten the bracelet back to original and remove and stratch?4. Can the polish the original watch hands?Thanks everyone.

So, I got married last month and have been on the hunt for a Rolex Diver to celebrate. I've tried on the SubC and SubC ND, as well as a SD4K, and have been on the fence about which one would fit my collection best. I've witnessed the buzz around the Hulk, but had never seen one in person and figured I wouldn't be able to get my hands on one at an AD until next year at the earliest.Flash forward to this week. We are celebrating our honeymoon at the beach (Florida Panhandle) and I get a hunch to call the local AD. I ask about their SS inventory, specifically the Submariner. They tell me that they received an LV yesterday, and have SubC and SubC ND in stock as well. I head down there to take a look, and I just couldn't resist the LV. It was the first time I saw one in person - photos truly do not do her justice!! I knew then and there that the Sub LV would be my newest addition! With my wife's blessing, I made the purchase and arranged for shipment back to Tennessee. Very excited to take
