IWC Olympiauhr M¨¹nchen 1972 wrist watches news:
Some old friends called out to me from the darkness (safe) this morning. I have the Zenith on as I'm typing this. Some things were just right the first time, and in my mind the Chronographs of the 1940's fit that bill. Great weekends ! Kurt
I've been thinking of going strap with my date/just. I didn't think it would work. I saw a strap on a gold version here a couple days ago that looked great. I also got an email about doing it. I think I'd like to go a little exotic with this - and maybe a splash of color. Here is the watch:and here are a couple croc ideas:ostrich:stingray:chicken:
Does anyone here wear damaged watches? For example, my watch so how got water inside it when I was jet skiing at a local lake...watch had water resistant of 330ft, deepest I went in the water was 4ft. Got the watch fixed and now all my luminous dial is bubbled and basically eaten off of the dial because of the water. Watch works great but no more luminous dial. :(
I'm looking for 22mm bracelet. Seatbelt preferred or deployment type if thats all thats available. I can find is 24mm from Ofrei and Cousins UK has nothing at all. Before I go the Omega boutique here in Manhattan does anyone have a source?
I have an 8 year old Speedy Pro that loses serious time when the chrono is running. Can anyone recommend a watchmaker in the US that can service this for less time and money than Omega?
