IWC IW371704 wrist watches news:
Hi all,I am looking to buy a used Breitling Navitimer.Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good UK site or London shop for buying a used Breitling NavitimerPreferably a good London Shop that has their stock online.Any help much appreciated! Thanks all
So, I have 3 nice watches that I rotate periodically. My wrist does not smell after wearing the Rolex or the Tag. They are looser, but they dont dangle by the bottom of my wrist - rather they are usually above the wrist bone. Now, I noticed serendipitously, that my wrist would smell like sweat after wearing the PO. I noticed that I have the PO sized a bit tighter - because it is heavier than the Sub and I like it to stay above the wrist bone...And the back of the PO's case has a margin around it - probably making a vacuum-like seal to the wrist.... probably making sweat accumulate after a few hours of wear. So, as gross as it may sound - is it just me or do you guys also notice a smell after wearing the PO?If not, then maybe I just have to loosen up the PO and it wont stick to one spot and create that weird smell.Sorry if it's gross, but this has been bugging me for months.
*I was very impressed with its size, looks, and the way it just balanced itself on my wrist. Way beyond my budget right now .... Oh, to dream and dream ... and dream .. *picture snagged from authentic watches dot com.
A beautiful watch deserves beautiful pictures, and a beautiful pictures needs a better camera. So on this lazy Sunday morning, out comes my Nikon DSLR to capture my latest beauty. The Patek 5205R is a 40mm Complication Watch in a Rose Gold case. Truth be told, the RG can resembles YG in some lighting. This is the 5205R in more subdue room lighting. Close up of the Dial. Everything looks perfect. Now the crown. Exquisitely embossed and crafted. Sorry for the dust. Now the close-up shots of the Patek Annual Calendar Calibre 324 movement. I think I finally realised what I am paying for! The Gold Rotor with the Calatrava EmblemClose-up of the Rotor... the details are just amazing. Pushing my lens to the limit, I tried a detailed closeup. But I think I need a more powerful lens. Really, the detailed work and finishing on the movement is amazing. A final parting shot... Hope you guys like my mediocre photography work. Thanks!
I have been a Rolex owner and recently bought a Pam 90. In the Rolex world most think of anything aftermarket added to a watch as being the cardinal sin but I see lots of aftermarket companies selling straps to the Panerai fans. Do you guys stick only to official OEM straps made by Panerai or do you like other companies also?
