Invicta 0266 wrist watches news:
At Baselworld Seiko officially launched three limited edition Grand Seiko timepieces as a part of the brand’s 130th Anniversary Commemorative Collection. All three models house a newly developed mechanical hand-winding movement, and all three will come to the U.S., market, albeit in very small numbers. Find pricing and wallpaper inside. The design of this limited edition pays faithful homage to the now-collectible original Grand Seiko model from 1960.Until last year, Grand Seiko was available only in Japan and a very limited number of retail locations elsewhere, but now enthusiasts in over 20 major countries are discovering Seiko’s finest timepieces. The caliber in these timepieces, 9S64, is entirely new. Like the original 1960 model, it is a mechanical hand-winding movement with excellent timekeeping performance, and the new caliber uses the latest Seiko high technology. The mainspring is Seiko’s proprietary ”°SPRON510”± alloy. The balance spring is made of another rece
Let me first start off by saying I love my 16610LV and it has almost been my daily wear for the last 6 years. It is a D-series that I bought new from an AD that has long been closed like many other AD's that have closed over the recent years.Today, I got a 116610LV from an AD which I hopefully will establish a good relationship with as with my old AD. When I first saw and tried on the 116610LV two summers ago (at another AD), it did not strike me that much. It did not yell "take me home!" to me, nonetheless, I did not dislike it. Well, fast forward to today, I suppose my taste has changed as I am getting not younger. My only regret is that I did not grab the 116610LV when I first had the chance which was two price increases ago!I will give my LV a much deserved break and I will now use the LVc as my daily wear.Anyway, here is a pictorial (since I am not as an eloquent writer as John and most of you) comparison of the old-school and current LVc. It is not easy to capture the true

New poster here. Received this yesterday, I've been looking at these for a while. I had Ashley take a quick look at this one before I purchased it (many thanks to him). I know the second hand should be orange but I don't think the red looks bad and will probably deal with that later. I'm pleased with the look of the dial and really love the pump pushers. I guess I'll be cruising here from time to time. I've been also looking at the SM 300s but haven't seen the right example for me yet.
I'm aware this is a forum for Rolex enthusiasts and owning three myself (GMT BLNR, Two-tone ceramic GMT 116713, Sub-C 116610LN) I'm clearly a fan. However, lately I've been torn between the SS Sky Dweller in blue and the AP Royal Oak 41mm 15400.The Sky-D is a bit flashy for me but I love the GMT function (yes I know I already have two GMTs but I travel internationally for work quite often) and the bright gorgeous dial, heft and 42mm size. It is definitely a statement piece that will draw a lot of attention and praise. And an amazing complication by Rolex. The AP Royal Oak on the other hand, especially in blue, is an absolute classic. Simple, elegant, timeless and exudes pure class without being flashy. One of the rare watches that can be worn as a sports or dress watch. Only 10mm thick making it a very understated 41mm. Both are currently very hard to get as the AP has a boutique-only 1-2 year waiting list here in Singapore and the Sky-D might be even longer, especially the blue
