Invicta 14916 wrist watches news:
Hi All,I have been wanting to purchase a Tonneau style 1927 engraved watch. I found this one, but it seems pretty pricey. I have seen others in the 500-$800 range. What makes this one bring that premium? Also, what general things should I look for when purchasing vintage Hamiltons?Any help is appreciated!
How come people pay so much $ for vintage Seiko divers (such as the 1960-1970's)? Why not just get a new one for much cheaper? They use better movements or something back in the day?
I'm going to need to have a link or 2 taken out when my 15300 gets here at the end of the week. Just so happens we are taking a trip this weekend and will be close to a AP AD so I wanted to check it out anyway. Any idea what they will charge to resize a bracelet? I don't want to pay a outrageous amount to turn a few screws, but none of the places locally are competent enough to do that without jacking something up.Thanks!
Hi guys,I must admit, the orange 42mm planet ocean hit me like a thunderbolt from clear skies!I can't really stop thinking about it....It looks very good IMHO.Should save money for the new Explorer 2 that I put myself on the waiting list for.
I know wallets and watches has been covered in some other posts so appologies if redundant. Once again some OCD on display. Anyone else pair their watches with accessories? Shoes, belts, key fobs, etc...
