This bezel of this 41mm Hublot Big Bang ladies chronograph is decorated with 48 pink sapphire baguettes totaling more than 2.2 carats. The case is a “fusion” of 5N gold, composite resin, rubber, and titanium. The movement is a 37 jewel Hublot HUB41 caliber with a variety of aesthetic enhancements including black PVD screws and a tungsten carbide rotor, also coated with black PVD. The strap is pink alligator with a gold and black PVD deployant clasp. 100 meter water resistance lets you wear it to the pool.

I am just checking to see if anyone has used the Orbita modules to make their own winder set-up. I have a perfect spot in my new closet to make up to a 9 winder. I was hoping someone could post pics or any thoughts they had on the units. I am looking to sale off my winders now and start with a 3 unit and just ad modules as needed.
Seiko released another new model in their Seiko 5 sports series recently. This model spots an interesting dial with a rotating bezel compass (rotating compass bezel not useful outside the Northern Hemisphere though). I thought the hour markers look rather cool. This watch is black TICN treated and powered by 7s36 movement.Seiko 5 SNZJ11K1Cheers!
We all learn early on in our watch collecting careers that it's common practice for companies to rename an ETA movement with their own model number after they modify it. It's an exercise that's been going on for years with more than just ETA products. Longines used Valjoux 72 chronograph movements under their code of 330 or 332, Cyma 380 automatics were renamed the Longines 480, and Marvin 700 series became their caliber 490. Omega used a Lemania chronograph movement for their famous calibers 321 and 861, and still use one as a base for their modern 1861. Breitling also employs Lemania movements for some of their modern manual wind watches, calling it the B12; they also used various Valjoux chronographs including the Valjoux 72 in their early Navitimers. So it's a fact that many brands are using 'customized' ETA movements inside their watches nowadays..but what do they really do to upgrade them? Let's have a look.Valjoux 7736 inside a vintage Breitling
