Invicta 0630 wrist watches news:
Here is a good example of a Benrus watch made during the early 1970’s. Benrus watches during that time were manufactured by other watch companies whom purchased the rights to use the Benrus brand name on a watch production run. Most of these companies were Asian watch manufacturers. This example was manufacture by Hamazawa LTD. a Japanese based company. The movement is made in Japan and the case was made in Hamazawa’s Hong Kong factory. Many watch companies at this time used Hamazawa movements; Seiko used them in some of their cheaper watch offerings.Benrus history the late 1960’s:In 1967 the company was sold to Remington Razors. During this era it was difficult for American watch manufactures to compete in the market place due to the number of cheap Asian movements and inexpensive watches like Timex. Under the new ownership the company was stripped and its assets and they were sold off. "Benrus" was used primarily for its strong brand name recognition. In the late 19
Just got my ROC back from service after almost 3 long months but happy to have it back finally ....I got this card with a chip in it? anyone know what it is?
I have had my eye on a Steel Royal Oak Chrono for some time now after I'd tried on the 41mm 15400 and LOVED the way the light caught the silver dialI expected the Royal oak chromo to have the same dial that changes shades when the light catches it but was disappointed to find it didn't, and looked quite flat in comparison - has anyone else found this?(the self winding looks tiny compared to the ROC here because of the angle and how much higher the chromo sits)
Wanted to throw this one out... Both are on my short list...Which would you rather have?...In my collection I do have a steel 5711 blue dial, would it be too redundant to have another? I've even considered upgrading the steel 5711 to gold while prices are crazy. Would hate to have regrets on that as the light weight of the 5711 makes it one of my most comfortable watches. Thanks,Pete
Hiya this is my second Patek after the Calatrava: it's the 5065a Aquanaut. I must say I am quite happy with this purchase! The watch just exceeded my initial expectations: it is nice in a funky understated way, very light, waterproof, vintage-y and great size for my wrist. I think this watch just might be a keeper..Oh and the lume is awesome ;]
