- I received this watch as a gift, and I love using it for skiing and hiking. It's large, but not too bulky.

Invicta 12336 wrist watches news:
This fall I've been watching two show on ABC - NO ORDINARY FAMILY, and the award winning MODERN FAMILY. On MODERN FAMILY, I've seen the character of Jay Pritchett (Ed O'Neill) wearing a 16610 Submariner several times (nearly every episode) and even saw him wearing a white dial Daytona Jay 116520 on last week's episode!NO ORDINARY FAMILY is new, and I'm not entirely sure it's going to make it, but Michael Chiklis's character Jim Powell also wears what appears to be a 16610 Submariner in the series. I kinda looks out of place on his character though. It's always fun to "Rolex spot" on TV shows....seems like there are a lot of opportunities to do so these days!
Unfortunately not a Hammie. Mister Drake is in terrible need of some straps and a spa trip, but my old Bulova Minuteman will step in for the job! Just had him cleaned out. Still looks...loved, but ticks nice and strong and keeps good time to
I have been doing some extensive research on Swiss watches and was pretty much set on an IWC (Pilot) until I stumbled upon a Baume & Merciers Executive series (Model # 8688 and 8689). The watch has a small display window and a semi clear display back which you have to see to appreciate its beauty. Since there aren't many forums dedicated to Baume/Mercier it is a bit more difficult for me to do research on the watch. My questions are:1. I know Baume is not in the same league as IWC. But in terms of prestige how does it compare to Omega?2. I also know Baume does not have its own inhouse movements. But are the ETA movements heavily modified like some of IWC's? 3. Specifically, which ETA movement does this Baume use? 4. ANy other comments (persuasion or disuasion) would be greatly appreciated. The list price is around 3K compared to an IWC Pilot which is closer to 5K for an entry level. The Baume is also a little dressier and extremely elegant. Thanks in advance for your help and sugge
Fellow RF members and watch addicts After 3 weeks of torturing myself on what to buy and I mean hell on earth with hours upon hours spent daily looking at AP and I have one I think I prefer and it all falls apart. I do have it narrowed down that I want a 42mm AP. Other than that I am a lost soul because I simply cannot make a decision and it doesn't get any better the older I get!If you don't mind fellow members please share photos of your 42mm. It would be much appreciated!
Hi guys, I have never had a breitling but I can't shake the superocean heritage 42. I like the white dial with blue bezel and mesh bracelet, and the blue/blue combo as well. I have a Rolex 14060M and a 2503.33.00 aqua terra, and am thinking of trading the omega for the breitling. how is this watch in the flesh? I have a 5.5 inch wrist and had to take out a permanent link on my submariner. would the breitling bracelet work, or would I need to have it operated on? I would love wrist pics of any dial configuration and advice! some more questions, why do I see some of them with the date aperture at 3 and some at 6? is this watch more 'flashy' than the sub, and would it make sense to swap the aqua terra (semi dressy) for another 'dive' watch?I would appreciate any and all comments regarding the supero heritage 42!!
