Invicta 9329 wrist watches news:
This week I had the rare opportunity to acquire a vintage 1995 or 1996 IWC Porsche Design Titan Chronograph 01. IWC pioneered the use of titanium in case and bracelet manufacturing and the PD was one of the first models to utilize this durable and light metal. Please note the special PD configuration with the chrono pushers integrated into the case. Very nice look IMHO.Reference Number: 3704. Case Diameter: 42.5 mmCase Height: 13.7 mmSapphire crystal not AR coatedScrewed in crownWeighs in with bracelet at 100 gWater resistant: 6 bar (60 meters)Calibre: A/7922Jewels: 25Day and date (mine is a German model so day is German)Beats at 28,800 oscillations per hour (4 hertz)I am really pleased to have found this model and add it to my collection. When I travel to Schaffhausen next month I am picking up another vintage IWC from a European collector. Pictures will be posted when it comes back from a spa treatment at the Factory. Guesses are welcome, but I will hold back announcements /
Okay, here is the Tachymiler that I ordered a couple weeks ago. Big, heavy, cool watch. I sure do like the 7750.And, an old Hamilton 912 pocket watch.
I recently purchased a used titanium blue face Omega Seamaster 2232.80.00 that came with the original boxes, instruction manual & the 3 cards: chronometer, pictograms, & international warranty. I was told the watch was purchased about 3 years ago as NOS. On the warranty card, the model & serial # were printed but the date spot was blank as was the dealer info box. Below the date box, anyone know which country code 33400 correlates to? I've tried searching but to no avail.I know 2011 refers to the US & 2025 refers to Canada. Also does anyone know when this particular model was discontinued?
Just sitting here admiring this, my first and my only Panerai.I'm not sure why, but everytime I put this one on, I get a goofy smile I'm so thankful I came across this forum and it's many insightful (and enabling) members! to the weekend All!Sent from my SM-G935W8 using Tapatalk
This is a watch I like far more even than I thought I would. I know the Due range is getting a lot of hate from the Panerai hardcore, but I think that's really a shame. It brings something new (smaller, thinner, dressier) to Panerai in my opinion, without losing the essence of the brand. I don't plan to take this anywhere near water, so the limited water resistance (30m), is of no concern to me. I know it can be argued the crown guard is pointless, but it still protects the crown physically, as well as aiding the water/dust resistance somewhat (and it is of course iconic to the Luminor). The movement looks quite nice, and is proving pretty accurate (+4 so far, which is fine by me), and also winds beautifully, probably the best feeling manual wind watch I have (and I have some nice ones). The watch overall is very well finished, not perhaps to the very highest level, but not far off in my opinion. The titanium case is quite thin (just over 10mm, but being a relatively large 42mm in diamet
