Jaeger LeCoultre Q5042520 wrist watches news:
It is probably the Sentinel of IWC Da Vinci beginning that I could see me erosion. The reflex movement is similar as that involved in the new vigil IWC Portuguese Yacht Cabaret Chronograph, but the plume is entirely unlike.
I was looking at the Rolex homepage a minute ago and the YM is only listed under "Womens selection". Browsing through the listed models there are no 40 mm version? If correct I really thing it's a pity. I was planning on buying one when they got the new clasp
I really enjoy this piece. I got this , preowned, a few months ago. I’m struggling finding WHEN or WHERE to wear this. When do you all wear this watch.. or where.I’ve been wearing this with jeans, nice shirt. In extremely casual environments. No one but me recognizes this piece, either. I don’t have to dress up for work. I work from home mostly anyway. I feel somewhat strange wearing this with jeans, in casual environments. I also of course wear this when dressed nicely, but I’ve minimal occasion of any formality... it’s funny I find myself wearing collared shirts with jeans so i can wear the Patek.. I guess I need psychiatric care. My question: when and where do you wear the 5196, or similar pieces. I’m finding this piece far more versatile than my two tone submariner.. it’s awkward, though, because if other Patek owners saw me wearing this piece with jeans , etc, they’d start a brawl. So I’m just wondering when you all buy a Patek
I am wondering how many have had a chance to see or even own the Patek 5930 world timer? A world timer is a watch I yet to own and because of my travel and many calls with associates around the world would be a complication I might use. However my major concern is the readability of the dial.. My eyes are not young and wonder how it compares to other world timers or equivalent pieces. Would love to hear from those who have experienced in real life. Thanks in advance.
Rolex are doing what they can.... But it stings I got a call today from UK Rolex AD I've dealt with numerous times. My name had come up for consideration for a white dial Daytona 116500ln - and so it was passed to rolex to consider for an allocationApparently this is the way rolex UK want it to be done now, what with 7 year waiting lists in place for some models in some stores!!! And I suppose to cut the supply to the secondary market.... I suppose it seems like a reasonable idea... Right?Well, I'd I'm say not to totally happy with this new process actually!!!!The upshot of having got to the point of being considered was to be told infact that rolex said I couldn't have one!!!!The reason - was that last year I purchased a black dial Daytona, (from a completely different AD), and allegedly ; it is new policy to help with waiting lists, that only one may be purchasedThis is true, and my AD didn't know.... So rolex had indeed passed on this information from their investigation of
