A fun gtg in atlanta yesterday
Ten watch enthusiasts and two spouses met yesterday at Pappacito's in Atlanta for a GTG. There were 34 watches ranging from the oldest, a 10 year old Sinn EZM 1, to various Rolex and Omega models. One brought his liquid metal Planet Ocean which was a big hit with everyone. Another had his new Rolex Sub C which was also greatly admired. There was a Patek Phillep Aquanaut, a couple of Fortis and Sinn watches as well as some other brands. There were lots of good chats and lots of admiration shown for the various watches displayed. Visit to AP Boutique - Some new discoveries
Visited AP boutique in Singapore yesterday and peruse the rather rare RO Skeleton 15305 and also the increasingly hard to find RO Jumbo 15202.Here are some snap shots to share : The RO Skeleton will be a great addition to watch collectors that like to peer at watch movements. It is however, IMO not that practical as a watch because it is kind of hard to decipher the time with a quick glance due to the hands kind of disappear amidst the multitude of components. As for the RO Jumbo, it's certainly a beautiful piece, and the black display which shows off the customized JLC 2121 movement is exquisite.

HULK vs SD43
Need some ��urgent�� assistance. Own a BLNR, wanted to add second watch to collection. Have option to get SD43 or Hulk from AD. Have smallish wrists but SD43 surprisingly didn��t look too big. I am not really a green person but am amazed by how this dial looks. Welcome any thoughts about which would pair better with BLNR. Wear suits/dress shirts daily so needs to be versatile. While I don��t plan om flipping, I do like to spend money on something that I know has potential to hold value so this is a (smaller) factor in decision making. Thanks
