Michele MWW12B000002 wrist watches news:
At last year’s SIHH, Montblanc launched its Heritage Chronom¨¦trie collection, with designs inspired chiefly by the 1948-era Pythagore timepieces created by the storied Minerva manufacture in Villeret, Switzerland (now known as Montblanc Manufacture). This year, the brand adds two new complications to the collection: an unusual date indication and a chronograph with annual calendar. The two new timepieces ¡ª the Montblanc Heritage Chronom¨¦trie Twin Counter Date and Montblanc Heritage Chronograph Quanti¨¨me Annuel ¡ª join their predecessors in the collection, all of which bear the design codes of the Pythagore, including elegant Arabic numerals; faceted, applied indices; sword-shaped hands; slender cases; straight bezels; and curving lugs. The Montblanc Heritage Chronom¨¦trie Twin Counter Date takes its look from double-counter Minerva chronograph watches from the 1950s, but it does not in fact include a chronograph function. What it does contain is a brand-new date complication, develop
I saw this when I visited my AD. First I did not pay attention, then visited again next day. Then came the research part. Looked at the usual places, read the reviews. and got one Excellent finish, keeps time accurately, feels nice on the wrist, perfect size for these kinds of vintagey watches. Surprisingly easy too read. The AD had both version (I wanted rose or yellow). Yellow is not overtaken and more old look. Also I find Sedna gold a little too pinkish.

Hi guys what¡¯s your thoughts on this please. It¡¯s a 1999 no box or papers but from a well respected trader and it¡¯s under ¡ê5000 !Do you think it¡¯s a solid investment bearing in mind I would probably send it in for a RSC for a service so would have to fillter that in to the equation. Many thanks 😃
I had to send my year old BLNR in for service because the hour hand was badly misaligned...at the top of the hour it sat half way between the hour markers. There was a dent on the crown which my AD noted in the paperwork before sending in to Dallas. My wife believes she may have bumped it into the counter when she was wearing it and did not notice any issues at the time. I noticed the missaligment when I went to set it a few weeks later, not positive the ding is related but it is certainly possible.Rolex had it for 6 weeks and said it was fixed free of charge. All the paperwork notes for service is checking the movement and hands. It looked good in store when I picked it up, but a few hours later I noticed a slight misalignment. When I moved the hour hand I felt some play in terms of when I could get it to stop. I moved the hour hand around a few rotations and all of the sudden it stopped clicking between hour markers...it just freely spins. When I move the minute hand the ho
