As I just booked my flight to California in October I¡äd like to ask you if you know any good places to look for vintage Rolex in SFO and L.A.I know about two stores in L.A. already:- Second Time Around Watch Co.- Wanna Buy A WatchAnything else you can recommend ?Thanks in advance
Came across my father's old watch and was wondering if it could be refinished, would it be worth it to refinish and maybe sell it. Back of watch says M68 and it does still work. Says Automatic and Super Waterproof-(which means?). It's seen some wear and tear. I would hate to get rid of it, but medical bills have to be paid. Also how do you tell if a watch is fake or not, I picked up a Rolex watch when I was in Iraq, but I have a feeling it was a Folex(fake Rolex)I had bought it for 5 bucks off a kid. It still works and tells time, but was wanting to check it out, I'd sell that one 1st of course. Any help would be appreciated and I'll try to get a pic of them both. Thank you for your info and help.
HiMy friend has a Jupiter pilot A50927 & he is looking to sell it.How much would it be worth roughly? It's from 1993 & has all paperwork & original boxThanks
I¡¯m considering doing this. Selling/trading my Sub LN for a Sub LVc. Anyone do this and regret it?I know the obvious answer is to add the LVc but I can¡¯t afford to have a ten watch collection, so two Subs in a 2 or 3 watch collection seems excessive. My current collection is the LN and a 16750 Pepsi.I¡¯m just kind of bored of the LN and that sunburst green dial is calling my name.FWIW, would not be paying over MsRP. I would wait for a MSRP opportunity from an AD or buy used. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
