- I was really disappointed with watch when I felt it.It is made of poor quality, such as the leather bandand the weight of the watch. When I wound it, it felt asthe machinery of a toy watch. Not at all what I expected.

Movado 0606883 wrist watches news:
After much thought, I decided to convert my SMP 2531.80.00. to this:The watchmaker I¡¯ve used to service two of my watches, a Speedy Reduced and my 2531.80 refused point blank to do the work for me, his main reason being ordering and waiting for the various parts. So, after making enquires as to who would carry out the work for me, I ordered the following parts (which arrived the following day): Omega 064WZ3121001 Black Dial (SMP 2230.50.00)Omega 065PZ4136 Hour & Minute Hands (SMP 2230.50.00)Omega 066PZ4094 Seconds Hand (SMP 2230.50.00)ETA 2802 2557.1 Date Ring 3 o'clock White Figures on Black Background (Could not find an Omega part number for an Omega date ring)Omega 082SU1464 Black Bezel (SMP 2254.50.00)I was worried about a couple of the parts not working or fitting but these have not been a problem. What has caused a problem is the new bezel I had fitted back in June. The watchmaker doing the work for me can¡¯t get it off the case. (Guess I just found out the real reason why my
New member/first postGreetings,I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a new khaki field quartz (black dial w brown leather strap - H68481533), but I have some questions. Maybe some of you would be so kind as to help me out.First, is about $120 a good price? It's grey market.Second, doe anyone have any photos to post of the model in question (H68481533)? All the pictures I've seen so far seem like colored drawings. The bands range from brown to beige for the same model. I know band colors are an option, but I'm talking about a difference in color for the brown strap model which makes it difficult to distinguish what to expect.Third, what does the III mean? Finally, has anyone done a review on this model? I tried to find one on this board and couldn't find any. Any links would be appreciated greatly. Thanks in advance for any responses.
Hey guys !A few days ago I bought this NO-NAME (probably Fahys) nickel trench watch case for $5.00It is a size 0s with 10mm lugs but still has the original factory crown. It is in PRETTY BAD CONDITION ! ! !It's rusty, dirty, pitted, has lots of green corrosion and it kind of smells funny too ! ! !I have NOT done a single thing to this case yet, what you see is what you get.So, is this trench watch case savable or not ? ? ? ? ?Let's see what you think !SAVABLE = YESTRASH IT = NO
Dear Members, I have heard that the premium charged by AP on the gorgeous 15202 (vis a vis the 15400) is also due to a different, more elaborate and complex manufacturing process. Is this correct, and if so, what are the differences exactly? Is there any source/reference that provides more information on that?ThanksAbdullah
Hi,I came across 1998 issue of the Explorer ii. I dont have any Rolex yet and was considering Explorer 1 214270. However, this pre-owned piece is in good condition, is sold by an AD, was serviced by them and AD gives additional 2 yrs warranty. The case has normal wear, some of the numbers on the bezel are losing paint and bracelet is missing extra links so I have to buy them or put on nato/leather. I should also mention that box and papers are included. Please share your opinion regarding buying 20yr old Rolex vs new or under 5 year old. The price is competitive, so not sure if there are any gotchas I don't know about or AD wants to get it out. This watch was at the store for at least 6 months now. If you can share price that you believe this should be at, it would help as well. I already checked eBay and chrono24Thank you
