Greetings All,I started a thread some time ago regarding a database for watches (link). After the initial work it sort of languished into nothing and, truth be told, I went back to tracking information in a spreadsheet. I wasn't happy with the direction of the tool I was building and couldn't really find the base for a tool to build from.I got the itch to tackle this again and found a better tool for moving forward. I'd like to have my 16610 bezel+insert replaced at next service. The teeth became a bit shallow and the insert dull. Will Rolex do it and will it be included in the overhaul? Thanks
