Hamilton Clark
I've got a Hamilton Clark from the swamp recently for my son (he goes to Clark University).Bezel has some brassing but is presentable.My problem is the case back:Has some pretty major wear to the case back corners. And when I tried to clean out the gunk in the corners, I poked a hole in the lower right case corner Does anyone have a spare Clark case back?thanksMark S.

I would just like to thank Enzo for his posts lately, some have been confrontational / argumenative, puzzling and thoughtful. I am sure there are many other words that could be used to describe his posts. But I really look forward to reading them because his thoughts are so open and refreshing and sometimes quiet amusing. His posts are like the little segment that follows then main news story, you know the quirky little thought for the day. Sometimes I find myself having to read the post more than once just figure his point of view.But seriously man, hats off you ya your a real blast of fresh air in a hobby that sometimes can be seen as very stiff collared and I can't wait to read what you will come up with next.There are so many great posts and posters and I do not mean to lessen their input, I am just applauding the way he looks at things differently.

AP paying AD's to stop selling watches?
I know everyone was a bit shocked that AP pulled the AD status of Marcus a while back, but it now appears they might have actually paid out over ¡ê17 million to have them stop selling their products by canceling the contract early. Very odd. I wonder if all the other AD's are getting similar payouts as there are a ton of them being pulled at the moment?Cost cutting to add low cost lounges instead of boutiques makes sense in this context.watchpro/audemars-pig...ion-agreement/thoughts? I know Marcus also sold his personal collection of AP to the AP museum but AFAIK that would have not been tied up in his companies profits. But, maybe it was and thats the explanation for the pay out.

Omega SMP Chrono 2594.50 America's Cup Edition
pretty sure this may have been discussed at some point in the last 8 years but any ideas why some say Amercas Cup in small text below the chronometer script and some don't but Omega gave them the same ref #???i'm selling mine and a question came up on that matter. i called my Omega Ad today and they couldn't answer the question with certainty... the sales rep didn't even know the ref# but in their defense, it was a limited run SMP.any info is appreciated!
