I want to start collecting watches, where do I start? +'A CHALLENGE'
Ok,you have browsed, and you have lurked, now you want to sell the 'stamp' collection and start collecting those lovely mechanical watches, that 'tick, look and feel' like a Rolls Royce. But where do you start 'ones' collection.My advice is chose an area and certainly in the beginning stick to it, rushing around like a 'headless' chicken may award you a lot of watches, but in the end will you 'love' them? If not, you may have chosen poorly.collecting can be split into some nice catagories, and within those catagories a great range of watches can be purchased both easily and cheaply.So first set a budget, maybe $150 or $300, but stick to it. Looking through my archives and low and behold I found these things. They were given to Rusty to loose on persons that cause ill will in the Invicta forum when Rusty moderated their. I brought them over so you would have them in the Hamilton forum for just such an occasion. They can be a great defence for you if needed because all should fear flying monkeys!Besides, Rusty did leave them there and they are quite the problem to feed and care for!Please take care of them.
