Duesenberg Circular & Rectangular Art Deco Watches
Good thing it is a German speaker (Swiss German) who revived the Duesenberg name! The brand with the same name as the classic car that almost epitomized F. Scott Fitzgerald era art deco cars has two new models that will come out in 2011. The watches are the Duesenberg Rectangular and Duesenberg Circular. Can you guess which is one is each!? The design really does feel as though it hails from the roaring 1920's. Why is it that the past always seem to be have been better than it actually was? I am really fascinated by the "grass is greener in that other era syndrome." Anyhow, let's focus on these upcoming watches from Frenkendorf, Switzerland (they also have a Austrian location).Silly little things like prices aren't known yet, but we do know that the cases will have materials such as 18k red gold, DLC black coated steel, polished steel, and titanium. Hi everyone,I just settled here from another forum, DMB invited me over. I just thought I'd introduce myself to everyone who doesn't know me.I'm a German living in Perth Australia, and you guessed it, I like watches, especially Omega.Here are a few pictures of my collection thus far:

My first Hammy!
Well, my first hammy just arrived, and it is the 42mm khaki auto chrono with a black dial and bracelet. I originally wanted the brown, but couldn't locate one. (see other thread) I will track one down later, but for now I couldn't be happier with the black dial. I will post pics soon. It is great to officially be a part of the Hamilton family. thumbup1::

My Judgement abilities were asleep yesterday....except for this one .....
At least I hope so .....eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low pricesplease someone tell me this is a swell watch ! .......I love the dial and the case and lugs look fantastic to me ....I do have a weakness for those big fancy lugs .....and the dial looks immaculate , and the case looks pretty good too, but after the other watches I got ....I am not trusting my own judgement .....aluminum cases {{{{{{{{{{{{shudder}}}}}}}}}}} ......quartz ?!!!!????? NOOOOOOOOOOOO .....and a swiss movement in my fer real OLD (er) Hamilton ......???????looked pretty stupid there ......I was just so excited ....oh boy !!!! I get to buy some watches ! .....here's a prime example where my ADHD shows ......was I crafty and patient and spent my funds wisely ?????......nope.just sat on the bay all day and came home with c***......I wanted some watches and I wanted them NOW !
