Hublot Big Bang Chrono Tourbillon Ferrari Watch
It's here. This is the first Ferrari branded Hublot timepiece to come out of the two brand's joint partnership. Unveiled in China, the watch called the Hublot Big Bang Chrono Tourbillon Ferrari is meant to celebrate the quizzically celebration-worthy 20th anniversary of the first Ferrari car sold in China. I don't even think the dealerships there knew about that.Limited to just 20 pieces the watch (ref. 308.QX.1110.HR.SCF11) will be offered in a 44mm wide all carbon fiber case with red tinted sapphire crystal. See the Ferrari logo as part of the chronograph subdial. The movement is the Hublot caliber 6300 column-wheel chronograph with tourbillon and power reserve. You can see the full tech specs below. Embarrassing watch moments
Okay everybody it's time to own up!!! I bet we have all made a mistake about an aspect of our hobby. You know something that really makes you cringe with embarrassment when you think about it. Well now it is time to spare your blushes and let everyone know.I will start it off with my own classic which only occurred in the last few weeks: I have been thinking of purchasing my first vintage watch and contacted our very own ulackfocus and asked him if he would have a look at an Omega I had seen advertised - unfortunately I described it as - wait for it - a pie crust modelUlackfocus must have fallen off his chair with laughter but he was very kind and pointed out my mistake. Every time I think of my mistake I cannot help laughing with embarrassment.So come on everyone - over to you, see if you can beat that one

New 5205g-013 blue dial
Has anyone actually seen, in person, this new 5205 yet? I've seen the website renditions, but wonder how real-to-life they actually are? Case in point: I was very interested in the 5205g-010, until I actually tried one on (that's the one with the darker two-tone grey/blackish dial). I loved the watch, but at my age, could not distinguish the hands or hour markers, as they seemed to blend in with the dial. If that's the case with the new blue dial, I'll have to pass. But if the hands and hour markers really stand out, better than with the two grey models, as seen in the professionally advertised renditions, then I'm in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Got a Sub for 2016 and a Daytona for 2017. Mulling between a GMTII pepsi or blue dial Sky Dweller for 2018 to conplete the SEAL trio. What do you guys think?The GMT seems to be the iconic sports watch. But am fascinated by the annual calendar complication of the SkyDwelller. The GMT would perfect the WG trio. AD requested to cancel deposit paid?
I hv paid a deposit to an AD for a hulk which now they have been asking me to cancel the booking due to they don’t know when they will get one in. Is it legally they can do so? Or they have to deliver if I disagree to it if I don’t mind the wait?Anyone has encounter this before ? I assume it is a valid contract they must deliver. They offered to put a deposit and I accepted it.
