Double Eagle - Should I ?
My favorite local dealer is holding this for me at the moment, but I haven't bought it. Got to decide by Friday night. Store demo, been around a while but in excellent condition. I really don't know much about Omega (I currently have Oris, Invicta, Seiko, Orient, Zodiac), a novice to be honest when it comes to Omega. I wouldn't choose this particular model at prices I see online, but he'll beat any price, and I think it is very nice at the right price. What is it really worth do you think?I appreciate your input on an expensive decision.

Original Watch Boxes?
Remember that old Bennie beater, I found on the bay?You have all seen it's journey from Junker, to Looker...To me the one thing it was missing was an Original BOX!I am obsessed with finding original boxes for most of my watches,because the thought of seeing the set as it came from the factoryis the BEST! The Boxes are little works of Art in their own Right!Here is it!ANYBODY HAVE SOME ORIGINAL WATCH BOXES TO SHOW?

I love my Seamaster but...
I bought my Seamaster (midsize chronometer blue dial, skeleton hands) in September of 2002. It was my first high end timepiece. I always loved the look of the Seamaster and decided to bite the bullitt and shell out the 1300 odd dollars at an authorized dealer.So I have had the watch for nearly 6 full years now and thought I would write my general feeling about the timepiece.For the first few years it gained about 6 seconds per day. Right at the end of the COSC parameters. It now loses about 4 seconds per day (I have never had it serviced).The biggest gripe I have with the watch is the rotating bezel. It is almost worthless because it is so difficult to grip and turn.The red tip of the second hand seems to have faded to orange.The watch does attract scratches to the bracelet.While I love the clasp, I really wish it had the fine tuning like oyster bracelets.I wish the crown was a little beefier.The lume is amazing.The watch is very rugged.I have a friend with a Submariner no date th

SD43 owners manual
As some of you might recall a week ago I picked up my new SD43 which I am over the moon with. One thing I did notice is that the owners manual says Sea-dweller 4000 on it. Odd I thought isnĄ¯t that the old one. So I googled a few images and they seemed to confirm that the manual was the same. So I was happy Rolex hasnĄ¯t sent me a manual out of the parts bins. Today I saw another photo of two for sale at grey dealers and the manual both just say Sea-Dweller. Is there a correct manual or is there a mix and itĄ¯s pot luck what you get.
