Hi all,I've just signed up to the forum so I can learn more and find information out about where to buy replacement straps, new/used watches etc.I've had my trusty Tissot PRS200 for around the last 12 years and it's not missed a beat and I think it's only had 3 batteries.Unfortunately my nan passed away at the end of May last year, so I decided that I'd up my game on watches and purchse a watch I can keep forever with some of the inheritance. I've since put a deposit down on a Zenith El Primero Striking Tenth (03.2041.4052/69.C469) which I can't wait to get. It has a bracelet and also black crocodile leather strap, along with all the papers, box etc. I've had a browse of the forum briefly this evening and searched, but nothing seems to come up on here regarding them, so hopefully it's not a bad thing.I'd like to start collecting watches now, as my dad has a few in his collection so I think it's rubbbed off on me now. I know where my dividends will be spent now....Thanks for looking,Mar
Hey guys just purchased a new Jazzmaster viewmatic with the dark brown strap, very pleased with it. I had a quick question though. I recently saw the viewmatic from an AD that had a light brown, almost tan strap with DB and I can't seem to find the strap anywhere. Do any of you guys know of a website that carries them, I contacted an AD nearby and they can't seem to locate it. Any help would be much appreciated.
Great photos and write-up!.watchcollectinglifestyle....-a-photo-essay
I am planning on purchasing either a 15300 Blue Dial or the JLC Deep Sea Chrono + Reverso Grand Taille. My collection currently consists of mostly Rolex pieces. I have handled all of these watches, but looking for options from any owners.
