- I was looking for a kitchen watch and also I am an avid mountain biker. This watch lets me use its functions in the kitchen (it's tough too) plus, I use it in my camelbak and no longer have to take it out, when I bike.

(Images and Press Release - Patek Philippe SA)Patek Philippe Ladies - Minute Repeater Ref. 7000Self-winding minute repeater of technical brilliance in an irresistibly feminine interpretationWatches with minute repeaters have always ranked among the rarest, most precious, and most elaborate timepieces. In an extremely compact space, their intricate inner life brings together hundreds of individual parts that interact and function in harmony, or move next to each other with minimal clearances, without making contact. The objective of the effort is to strike the time displayed on the dial with the best possible acoustic sonority. And so, at 3:34 for instance, the time is indicated with a dong-dong-dong for the hours on a low-pitched gong, a ding-dong, ding-dong on both gongs for the quarter-hours, and a ding-ding-ding-ding for the minutes on the high-pitched gong. Technical finesse that makes time so seductively audible is bound to attract the attention of women as well. Patek Philippe de
I have come across a Patek ref 2509 that I'm looking to sell.I have had a couple of offers but I don't know much about this industry.Would anyone know a ballpark price to try to sell this for?Its a 2509, working condition. Unfortunately, no papers or box.Only needs a new crystal face and band. Thanks!
AP 25721TI.OO.1000TI.02Saw this on my marketplace. What do you guys think of this piece? It’s early ROO piece in titanium with JLC base movement. The dial seem like an experiment by AP, transition between original ROO dial with petite tapestries but with Arabic numeral instead of small plots. The numeral however is not as bold as current Offshore.
Rolex Updated the DEEPSEA D-BLUE at Baselworld2018. I knew something would happen with the DEEPSEA, that¡¯s why mine just got in before Basel. But should I feel sad since mine is like just 4 weeks old? NO WAY. Why? Because this is the 1st generation of the James Cameron DEEPSEA D-BLUE. The 1st generation. Yes. The DEEPSEA (D-BLUE) Heritage just started on 21-3-2018 Thank you Rolex After research and my own observations let¡¯s discuss the updates:- Bracele, Lugs, Oysterlock- Crown protectors?- Printed crown at 6 o¡¯clock- Font change on the RING LOCK (prefer the more vintage, fat classic one)- Overall more fat font on the updated dial?- New movement (not visible)- DEEPSEA in chromalisplay?- Less lume area on the (new) hourhand- Don¡¯t forget the bottom writings¡not visible yet..
Greetings all:My last post was back in November about my Rolex Sub dating which I wasn't happy with, but, all that aside, I gave that watch away at Christmas to my step-son after the Texas AD gave it a serious overhaul. Back in January I was cruising a local estate sale when I bought a Ladies Rolex for $2500. Took it to the Denver AD and gave them $850 to have it overhauled.Happy wife is a happy life! This morning she got to wondering what its value might be? We looked at other ladies watches while at Williams (the AD) and they seem to be in the $5K+ range. Here's the details: Ladies rolex nondate with jubilee bracelet and clear stone markers yellow fluted bezel. Mod 76193 ser# Y504048 made in the fall of 2002.Anyone suggest a good value so my ladywife will be happy? Thanks
