New member has an unknown Tuna clone incoming...
Hello there,I am new to this forum and would like to introduce myself a bit before asking my very first question I started collecting mainly Seiko Divers a couple of years ago after I bought my very first Seiko Diver the skx007. Today I have a small but humble collection of Seiko Divers, a couple of modern but mainly vintage Seiko divers. Some days ago I made an impulse purchase of a non-Seiko Tuna-like Diver without knowing anything about it just because its case appears very similar to the one used for the vintage Seiko 7549-7010 Tuna. The seller said it shares the same dimensions as the 300m Seiko Tuna Can. Dial says "Tektron 200m" and the watch is powered by an unknown but japanese quartz movement. Here is the seller's pic with kind permission: Does anybody know this kind of Tuna or the brand name? I would love to know more of its history and origin.Kind regards,Mario

Pay a stiff premium for mint original dial?
While the simple answer is yes, and without specific prices quoted. What percentage over average would you feel comfortable about paying for a mint original dial? I believe that this sometimes substantial jump is not only because of the desire for originality, but also (with all do respect to re-dialers everywhere) the apparent lack of factory quality printing. Perhaps like piramid building it's a lost art never to be acheived again.

Many of you have several in your collection and have several on the wish list but if you had to choose just one Omega, which would it be and why?I'd be torn between a Planet Ocean or Speedy Pro but I'm curious to see what everyone else would choose if they could only have one Omega.
