Ok - so I went in to my AD here in Perth Australia to look at and try the Platinum and SS Yacht Master - I have a Sub and want to add another Rolex to my collection soon - I HAVE THE BUG!!! I was pretty sure it was going to be the YM .....BUT then strangely I was drawn to the Milgauss -the black dial then the white.so I spent some time putting on the YM then Milgauss - then both - then again and again and you get the picture - I have to say I had to leave confused! So - I have rightly given myself time to sit with this new thought and am now thinking that the Milgauss may be the next Rolex. I have really enjoyed reading through the stuff on this forum - it must be said your passion for watches and Rolex is infectious - so I wanted to ask you: what are your thoughts and experiences of this watch?? The YM is still there in my heart - very much so - but that may be in the future - CheersDalip

Am I Vintage?
Due to popular demand by RJ007, I am posting up my favorite Hamilton! Quite honestly I have no idea what model it is. It was my Grandfathers and is engraved with his initials. Help with ID'ing a watch
I'm looking at a 14k (case and bracelet) Provita watch my jeweler friend just got in. Neither of us knows anything about the brand. It looks by design to be of 1960s vintage. About 35mm round case with gold indices and silver dial, an automatic movement. Badly needs cleaning and undoubtedly servicing. The bottom of dial says "Swiss Mov't," which indicates it was not made in Switzerland. I did find on the web someone selling a 1966 color ad for Provita watches, which indicated the company was based in La Chaux-de-Fonds and also Pforzheim. I've found a few e-Bay ads for Provita watches, but no details. Anybody know anything about the company and its products?

RGM Tourbillon
I bought this watch about one week ago. I was on the fence prior to purchase but the photos intrigued me. I thought the watch a little too messy looking. I decided to drive to the watchmaker. The moment I saw it in person, the money came out my wallet. This watch must be seen in person to be appreciated. The presence on the wrist is fantastic. It has a nice tic, tic, tic sound. Easy to read face. Aesthetics and sense of quality are wonderful. It is well worth the time to look at this watch if one is in the market for a nice tourbillon. Heard from a solid source that a white dial ss DD is dropping Basel this year, as well as a ss Pepsi GMT II. Several DD-owning friends said there's no way Rolex would drop one in ss, but I don't see why not, seeing as they've done similar things with other references, such as the Sky-D. Do you guys think an ss version of the venerable classic would become the most popular?
