- Great looking watch and exactly what my guy had been looking for. Looks great while being tough enough to take a rugged wear and tear.We expect it will continue to look good and wear great for a long time.

Seiko SNZG15 wrist watches news:
Hello, This is my first post. I have an Omega f300 with a gold tone case. On the case, where the band attaches, there is the number 20 followed by an Omega symbol inside a pyramid shape. Can anyone tell me what this number signifies? Thanks for your assistance. Jim
Hi guysI need your help to value this Breitling.I bought it in a garage sale recently and although I tried I was not ableto establish the value of my new acquisition.Hooded lugs, Roulette date wheel and the T SWISS MADE T in mine is in a straight line rather than the T on top of the SWISS and the MADEin the pictures below mineI need an approximate year of production and the value for an 18k gold head etc.Pictures was all I have found
I took my black SMP to a local watchmaker for servicing. He has worked on other watches I own and I think he does a good job.The watch looked good when I picked it up -- all the old scratches and nicks had been buffed out.But when I got it home I noticed that the polished ends on the center links were now satin. He'd buffed the whole bracelet, so the center link no longer had the contrasting polished sides.Overall the bracelet looks a better w/o the scratches and I usually wear it on a black rubber strap, so I'm not THAT bothered....BUT...I am kind of irritated. Don't you think he should have kept the original look of the watch?
Would appreciate opinions. I have an early 1680 gold sub with early style raised crown on band. I wear it regularly, 5-10 days monthly. Serviced 7-8 years ago in NY at Rolex. At that time they suggested some work on the band that I deferred. About 20 years ago a rivet came out while wearing immediately after service. Luckily, the watch didn’t fall but was sent back to NY to repair. Now they are telling me the band needs some overhaul, more than just polish, but I hate to loose a good deal of gold with major work and subsequent polish. As it’s becoming highly collectible what should I do? Thank you.
With all the talk about Rolex SS model shortage's, I wonder what is the percentage of all SS watches sold by Rolex in comparison to all other metals and combination of metals combined? My guess would be about 40%.
