- I bgught this watch for a gift. It comes in a beautiful yellow box, suede interior...very expensive looking! The watch itself is heavy and feels like you spent much more than the listed cost. Great gift!!! I highly reccomend it :)

September is almost here, and that means we're about to enter the middle of a great time for watch lovers in New York City. This fall we will see the launch of some kick-ass mono-brand boutiques here in the city, including A. Lange & Söhne, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and Blancpain. Just last week, we were invited into the new Blancpain store on Fifth Avenue for an early look (though doors are open to the public now – the official launch will be in November). Here you will see a quick photo report of the new 1700 sq. ft. boutique located at 645 Fifth Avenue. 2 OF 35 This store is large. I mean really large, especially for a watch store on Fifth venue. I like blue dials.I have more black dials than blue.I also like orange and yellow dials and I own some white dialed watches.They are dials and I like the look that the different colors offer but I really don't go any further than the color.I own 2 MOP dials and rarely wear them and will most likely sell them as they are much to "jewelry looking" and don't really impress me as something that adds to the look of a wrist watch.I suppose if my intent were to be decorative in my watch wearing I would think otherwise but I like straight , to the point and relatively boring watches.That explains the lack of "compliments"!!

Snow Day!
Got about 6 of snow here in Indianapolis overnight so I took the day off to enjoy a snow day and relax with biscuits and hot chocolate. I also snapped some pics! Still just have the Blackberry cam so they wont win awards but here they are!
