Whether it is the co-axial movement or any automatic movement for that matter, would you believe that it is okay to exercise, run, and/or do any activity that would require quick and fast movements with your arms?I know that the watch is shock resistant, but I have been wondering if it would be smart to not wear a Omega watch or any watch for that matter, when you are doing any activity that would require immediate thrusts with your arm?

This got delivered last week but I'll spare you all the unboxing etc.26400AU forged carbon novelty.Always been a fan, always wanted one. I thought about the ceramic version for a good two or three weeks but at the end of the day I couldn't justify the price difference. (I do love ceramic though... My ceramic diver is my daily wearer)I always thought as an owner of the Ginza these two would be too similar for the same collection but after seeing it in person I believe it is an entirely different animal. It definitely wears large and in charge. One thing you don't get with ceramic is how the grain looks in sunlight and the weight is light and comfortable as forged carbon should be.
