While its focus was squarely on its Aquatimer divers’ watches at the 2014 SIHH, IWC has circled back to last year’s featured watch line, the Ingenieur, with two new IWC Ingenieur watches that it is launching this summer, both bearing the Ingenieur collection’s revamped design codes, influenced by materials and functions used in Formula One racing. The IWC Ingenieur Dual Time (Ref. IW324402/IW324404) is one of the more understated Ingenieur watches, with a stainless steel case measuring “only” 43 mm in diameter. The dial, either silver-plated (as shown) or black, is relatively clean, with central hours, minutes and (hacking) seconds hands, a date display at 3 o’clock, and its signature function, a second-time-zone display. The watch, which is powered by IWC’s automatic Caliber 35720, shows the local time on the hour and minute hands and the time in another time zone of the wearer’s choice by means of another center-mounted hand tipped with

While wearing my Explorer 2 42mm which is less than a year old, I have a few times noticed the crown being unscrewed about 3 or 4 turns. Do you think this is a problem or just happens sometimes with the movement of wearing it. I always screw it down tight. I have only noticed this probably 3 times. But it bothers me. Any thoughts?
hi guys/gals, wondering if you could help with some suggestions.I own a YM 116622 plat and a SD43. I fancy a dresssier piece and was thinking about getting the latest DJ41 ref 126334 blue dial to replace the YM. However, I could swap the YM now (3 years old good condition) for the DJII 116334 (BNIB). What should I do, wait for a DJ41 126334 or go for the DJII 116334? Or perhaps don't swap and add the 126334 later?thanks all!
