Citizen Eco Drive Repairs?
I am completely in the dark on how to go about getting a couple of repairs on my Eco Drive. I took it to my local watch guy, and he said to send it away to Citizen, but I don't even know where to start. Basically, the screw down crown won't stay screwed down (stripped threads, I'm assuming?), and there's a cloudy spot on the crystal.I think there are instructions on their website, so I'll probably just jump in there. Has anyone had experience sending something to Citizen for a repair? Also, any idea how much I'm going to pay to get those kind of things taken care of?

Hey guys,*Long story alert*Anyways I just wanted to share with you my experience with my 114270 explorer. I have been wearing the watch for 4 months now. I have tried Aqua terra 38.5mm, 41mm, I have Seiko SARB, SKX, vintage Omega 600 and the explorer is the most comfortable watch I have ever put on my wrist by far!
