- The watch was very nice - my future father -in-law was very happy.The easy chair package was very cute. Would have been nice if the whole thing came in more than the shipping box and a cardboard sleeve - little difficult to wrap.

Montres Corum S¨¤rl signed an agreement effective October 1 giving it control of Corum USA LLC, the exclusive distribution agent of Corum’s timepieces in the North American and Caribbean markets. Corum states that the acquisition is in line with their global distribution policy and allows a stronger presence for the brand in the American market, which the brand considers to be of the utmost importance. Michael Wunderman, Johnny Wizman and Steven Wizman, owners of the American distribution since early 2008, remain involved in the watch business as owners and operators of the W Luxury Group, the exclusive North American distributor of Franc Vila timepieces. Michael will remain as President within the subsidiary company until the end of October. From November, Mr. Antonio Calce, Corum’s CEO, will assume the interim presidency until the appointment of a new President.The employees of Corum USA LLC will remain in office and continue as usual. Corum’s management is grateful
Don't know if this has been discussed in the past but here goes.I have two bulova pocket watch movements 17AE and 17AH Also the seconds is at the six o'clock position with the crown at 12.Here is the question, I put together a pilot watch with the clone of the 6497 that puts the seconds hand at the nine o'clock position. Does anyone think or know if the same dial for the 6497 will fit a 17AE/17AH.. I know dial dots will most likely be used and source some hands.. A while back I saw a YouTube video with a 17AH in a pilots case showing the back of the watch and nothing else. Any opinions, assistance and advise would be greatly appreciated.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I hear the former flagship watch, the Chronomat is being discontinued along with possibly the Super Avenger. They are pushing the in house movements which is fine but the new watch designs are pretty ugly in my opinion. I have no idea what Breitling are doing anymore.
here's mine;
Hi new to the forum so would like to say hello to everyone. I¡¯ve had a deepsea blue for about 18 months and am thinking of a rubber b buckle type strap. My wrist is about 8 inches and am not sure if the strap would look sensible,meaning not enough strap left to tuck into the keeps properly. Would love to see a few pictures with this strap on a large wrist many thanks Jay
