Few things are quite as much fun as trying on a new Sinn. Before you even get in on your wrist, the sight of it is something special. You can tell that it's overbuilt, beautifully machined and lacking in fussy nonsense. Sinn watches are unlike other watches out there, as is the brand. They do things their own way, focusing on technology and engineering that few brands could even dream of while managing to pull off clean, tasteful aesthetics and prices that are within reach. I'm looking at a particular Rolex and I could use a pair of more seasoned eyes to look for any red flags I might not notice. PM me if you can help and I'll send the details. I don't want to post it openly and and end up bidding against the whole forum here.
I went to a yardsale down the street. It was rather unspectacular other then a neat little find!I was poking around the miscellaneous stuff, mostly cloths and cheap housewares when I opened a kiddie desk and found this in there. I asked the lady about it and she said I could have it for free. Can't beat free! Probably won't bring big bookoo bucks on Ebay but heck, I kinda like it. It's got that retro kinda vibe, and it's in great shape! Winding it is a little sticky, but it does run after the 3ed or 4th wind.I like the oblong shape and white dial. Maybe I should find a band for it
